What is an Eco Agent?

While Phil Spoelstra offers the same services of other Top Agents, he strives to be environmentally conscious as well. 

Phil has teamed up with Zero Footprint to offset his auto travel, office energy use, and paper use.  Zero Footprint is a Canadian not-for-profit company which uses the offsetting income for projects such as reforestation, recycling, and restoration.

Phil’s commitment to sustainable work has helped keep London, “The Forest City”, while encouraging a movement of Londoners to make a change.

Phil has been trained and certified by The National Association of Green Agents and Brokers (NAGAB) making him a specialist in Green Homes, Green Home Updates, Home Environment Issues, Home Energy Conservation and more!  He is also a supporting member of Green Drinks London.
